Q: How do I inquire for Special Events?

A: Please email us and a representative will respond to you. A time can be scheduled to talk details.

Q: How do I sign up for Child’s Play?

A: Go to the Reserve page to select your membership. Once you have completed you may book your time to play.

Q: Can I change my Child’s Play time?

A: Yes, You may change your booking time as many times as you like up until 2 hours prior to your time slot. Please note, if a minimums have not been met for certain activities, the activity will be cancelled and will automatically become open play.

Q: Can Staff change/cancel my Child’s Play appointment time?

A: No, Staff can only verify appointment time. You will manage your appointment time by signing in on the Reserve Page an .

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: Yes. For Monthly Members, you may cancel anytime. For Semi-Annual Members and Year Members, you must give a 30 day notice to cancel your subscription.

Q: What if I decide to drop in without booking a time slot?

A: Members may drop in any time they wish. Unfortunately, this does not guarantee entrance if we are full at the time of your visit. And you will be placed on waiting list until space opens.

Q: Am I able to drop in if I am not a member?

A: Yes. We are currently accepting non-members. The fee for this is $18. Again, you will not be guaranteed entrance to the space if we are full at the time of your visit. (Please note, adult’s entrance fee is $2/adult and ID’s are kept during your stay in case of an emergency).

Recommended visits should not exceed 2 hours.
